How to cook my way

  1. check motivation and energy levels
  2. if sufficient, carry on, if not: back to shutdown
  3. check if the dishes are clean
  4. they aren't, so another energy and motivation check
  5. that probably fails, but if not: push and push and push myself until enough pots and pans, etc. are clean
  6. energy and motivation check: if okay, start cooking
  7. at this point I probably need something to distract myself from the growing fatigue
  8. after about 2 hours, sometimes more, I can finally eat
  9. I'm so hungry I eat too much and get heartburn.
