How to cook my way
- check motivation and energy levels
- if sufficient, carry on, if not: back to shutdown
- check if the dishes are clean
- they aren't, so another energy and motivation check
- that probably fails, but if not: push and push and push myself until enough
pots and pans, etc. are clean
- energy and motivation check: if okay, start cooking
- at this point I probably need something to distract myself from the growing
fatigue
- after about 2 hours, sometimes more, I can finally eat
- I'm so hungry I eat too much and get heartburn.
